Is it possible to make an NPC a slave?

yes
you have to have room in your cell to do this though. you can do this by going to Socket and progress through her story a bit when you you achieve that you can fight anyone (other than staff you need to do a different route to get them still the same way after though) and make them your slave be aware they might run from you if you ain’t paying attention to them also sockets upgrades will cost you so save up those credits
it’s random they have like a 25% to 15% to randomly approach and either ask something, flirt, fight, or ask to be fucked by you or ask to fuck you. Same options you would have if you initiated a conversation for an NPC.
as for voluntary slavery think they can do that but very rarely but I could be wrong more than likely I am is worth to add in suggestion in the discord server
