Urgent: Account Access Recovery - Space Fantasy Account (Unable to Receive Verification Code)

I hope you are doing well.
I am writing to request urgent assistance regarding access to my old account (Space Fantasy). I am currently locked out because I am unable to receive the verification code required to log in. I have already checked my spam/junk folders and verified that my email address is correct, but the codes simply are not arriving. login Illinois Tollway
This is my third attempt to reach out, as I previously sent two emails (on [Insert Date] and [Insert Date]) but have not yet received a response.
Could an administrator please look into this issue, manually assist with bypassing or resetting the verification method, or help me recover access to my account?
