Well.. in my machine it is 29gb i think, but i think it's due to the build options and also assetstore cache. I think for fresh install with webgl output only it's about 8 - 10gb-ish for the engine ?
As for the empty project output it's normally around 10 - 20mb depends on how you strip packages and other minor tricks.
this game specifically is 19mb output size.
if you're asking about the project's size on it's own by default it will be 1gb+ but there are nuances for it that would be too long for me to explain in thie comment section :D
