Igualmente he visto que otros publican juegos y cosas sin problema no se el porque no te deja publicar.
Nunca he usado patreon y no sé cómo funciona, hay tienes que estar suscrito todo el mes si o si o puedes hacer algún pago único para tener el contenido, pregunto solo para saber si esperar que ich.io te deje, encuentres otra tienda o si ir al patreon
