Hey, sobrino! I think your concern is completely fair. I hope you do not mind, but I would like to use your comment to clarify something for everyone.

I spent almost two years working on this version. Yes, nearly two full years. I know some people might read that and think, “This guy takes far too long, and the game is not good enough to justify supporting or following it.” I understand that perspective.

However, I want people to look at it another way. Despite taking almost two years, I never abandoned the project and never stopped working toward it. This was not a huge first release that I quickly produced before losing motivation. It was the result of two years of learning, improving, making mistakes, fighting my perfectionism, and building other projects that could eventually allow me to work from home and dedicate myself fully to this game.

I am creating this because I genuinely love doing it, not because I expect it to make me a millionaire, although I certainly would not complain if it did, hahaha.

I also want to be honest about my development speed. I do not want to promise a strict three-month or six-month update schedule and then disappoint everyone. Right now, I plan to take a few days to rest and finally play some of the 200 games I bought on Steam and never touched. I spent $60 on Elden Ring around eight months ago and have only played it for ten minutes.

If I can find someone to help me with the sound work, I could probably speed up development considerably and release updates more frequently. I also suspect that I struggle with attention because I find it difficult to stay focused on one task for a long time. I get distracted and suddenly begin working on something completely different. That is another honest reason why this version took so long.

Still, I truly love this project, and I intend to continue it with or without financial support, even if completing my vision takes years. Unexpected things can always happen in life, but I believe everything will be fine and that I will be able to continue.

Financial support helps, but it is not the only way to encourage a developer to continue. Sometimes, simply becoming part of the community, checking in, saying hello, and showing genuine interest can mean just as much. For anyone who is shy and never feels comfortable speaking, believe me, even an occasional hello can show an enormous amount of support. It reminds a creator that their work is genuinely appreciated.

Thank you, and sorry for using your comment as an opportunity to explain all of this!
