Only just found this game now, so no idea how it been earlier, but yeah it seems to be pure RNG to escape really. Just eat whatever the spin gets you, not rejecting anything, that just seems to be a waste of precious time, and hope RNGesus is with you, and make sure you rest manually before overeating ofc. That is how I did manage to escape finally, after 10+ tries, and trying any other fancy stragegies just produces way worse runs, even the close ones before I succeeded were all just eat everything as well
