This is a dsrk and thematic setup. I like the Weeping Angel mechanic of the monster.
Perhaps I just don’t know the systems mechanics and this would already be in the rules, but I would’ve appreciated a column in the doom table what the citizens, officials and the sheriff do in reaction to the murders and such.
