I did the 3 goals in the paradino forest and it marks 3/3, but it still mark with the !

Do I have to talk with an NPC before heading to the quest guild? Because I've already search and talk with everyone on the island 

It's a known rare-ish bug that'll be fixed at the latest when the new public build is released in November. 

I've tried to make a fix for it, but it required too much change for it to be a simple hotfix; it needed a whole new build with multiple changes so old saves could work. The safest way is to wait for the newest build that uses the current patreon build where I made all the changes for the fix (I had to change the quest as a whole and change one of the goals' positions). 

I know it sucks, but know that the public build's Paradino guild home style reward doesn't have content in it yet (no events, only made Wulfrick event for the patreon version last month!) and the event reward in the lounge can be watched in the rewatch house when you start a new save, so you're not missing out on any events.

Your current save should work in the next public build, and it should resolve itself when you talk to the quest guild post guy in Paradino.
