The position is for both pixel and traditional animation, not either/or. We are looking for someone who can draw in both styles comfortably as, otherwise, we would have to hire two people instead of one; thus, fragmenting the budget further.
If you can do both, we can discuss further. If you can do only pixel art, there is no need to continue.
