Same but I'm at 145 % (yeah you can go beyond 100%), so far I used only the Harmonized Settlement cultivation and it's the faster, but since it's at rank 10000+ it must be why, I don't know at equivalent rank what would be the most efficient
There is a LOT of balancing coming in the next update along with quite a few bug fixes. The update after that should be a full content update though, barring anything breaking horribly in the meantime.
