To find me, go back and forth from the room with Nebby's shop and the room next to Chara's room over and over for a maximum of 4 minutes, walk upwards, and obtain the egg, its not a key item (maybe yet) so you wont be locked out like in deltarune.
i may be illiterate... chara's room as in the one she is standing in or the corridor before you enter the room with the dildo which could be said is her room..?
