... The bedroom is Chara's. Go to the gallery and go into the overworld scenes. If you have a locked version of the overworld scenes hold your finger or mouse down on the scene and it says "Interact with CHARA's bed in order to unlock" so debunk the theory of that bedroom being someone elses
