Also, the acts should be "Flirt" then "Grab Boobs" for a bit and then do "Grab Ass" when you get it, GrabA does the most.
As of 3.5, every other act should be flirt since it empowers other acts. So the strat is Flirt -> Grab Boob -> Flirt -> Grab Ass -> Grab Ass again and that should max it out
