You get the first one from letting the timer run out, you get the second one by choosing to go to Etienne instead of Gabe after choosing to be friends instead of boyfriends with Gabe

For the first one do nothing for the timed choice. For the second, choose to remain friends with gabe and then confide in Etienne in the cell.
