Hey buddy I'm an android user too and I also used to hate that i couldn't play the VN designed for pc's. I recently discovered the concept of emulators so you can try them too. I use game hub. Just simply download the windows version of VN and move it to internal storage there then extract it. Then open game hub and log in yourself ( you need to do that I think its necessary ) then go to library and import games make sure you click the .exe of the game. Then done! It's takes some time to launch the game so don't give up. It'll show a black screen for some time and then it'll work!!
