Yeah, I had this when I went drinking with Robin at the pub. 36 hours of continuous creampies. Sad to say, I can't figure out why it happened. Maybe try and reload an autosave from before it.
I'd also suggest saving before anything that is likely to result in a gangbang, as that seems to be the only time it happens.
