Pepper's mods are actually bad for several reasons. One, his mods have too much camera shake, two, his mods don't have a warning for flashing lights, which could lead to epileptic seizures or even a heart attack, three, his mods are too gory, too much blood overhaul, no 15+ or even a TW warning, and lastly, the mods that Pepper makes have extremely unoptimized sounds that are also unnecessarily loud. IMO, Pepper's mods suck.
