does anyone know how to get the third cg? it's the only one I'm missing 😭 (i love this game so much btw, can't wait for summer update!!!)

Are you talking about the third CG in the first row starting from the left? If so, you can get it by playing the rainy day event :) (I can't remember the exact variation, but I'm sure it's in the guidebook (the official guidebook for Spring is free), just look for the rainy day event in that and you'll finally be able to complete your collection of CGs!)
