I missed some of the last update so my thoughts here are sort of a mix between then and this one (busy busy busy).

Great quality of life stuff overall. Haven’t had any big stutters or mini freezes, only once when first firing the fibonacci strike (like it stalls for a sec and doesn’t play the full animation, but then afterwards works fine and plays the animation. So maybe not actually a stutter, but perhaps the animation isn’t triggering correctly on the first blast [Browser]).

Solid UI feedback, especially confirmations; makes it easier to move faster but not over a cliff so to speak. Opening is much cleaner and more impactful (I know last time I missed the actual “opening” because of the tutorial section skipping it). And having the sandbox/Practice section I think helps when wanting to change up your strategy, but not have to test it in a story mission. And yes, being able to waive my flag and give up early so I can change it up is greatly appreciated (I may have forgotten to heal one of my ships from time to time and jump in like “oof”).

I also think the challenge feels more balanced. I feel like I still need to make smart decision but not having my knee caps blasted with space hammers for most minor mistakes.

I’m sure other things might come up as I’m playing, but I’d say this was a solid update.

Thank you for trying out the new update!

Fibonacci Strike is actually not a lag just an animation. It feels off when the energy level if the ship is low. I will fix this in the best patch!

I was definitely getting a lot of comments for the difficulty so I’ve tried to reduce it overall or spread it out much better. I’m glad it is feeling much more balanced!

Thank you for playing and very excited to know your thoughts once you play more!
