It is possible to activate it. You just need to activate the events for Oklys, Frida+Qlyph (those two come together) and Zest.
But I have seen all four of them S/SS event ?
After reloading a few times, I found that if I use a Forbidden Scroll to unlock Frida & Qliph's SS/S event, Marin's SS/S event will not appear.
