Skills carry through prestige and Swiss Army Miner only goes to level 1, so once you owned it there was no way left to complete that step and the prompt just kept coming back every time you opened the tree.
Fixed and live. It clears on any point spent now, not just that one node, and I went through every other step to make sure none of them can get stuck like that either.
