If you've already purchased the digital version then the link to the physical copies and POD page should appear under "download and install instructions". If it hasn't appeared or you can't see it, just let us know and we'll post the link here and leave it for a bit so you can access it.
As for hardcovers... If you're really itching for them then I can only suggest you add 3$ to the purchase and add a note when e-mailing us (again, you'll see the instructions once you open the physical copies page). The only reason we ask for that little bit extra is because the physical copies are a bit more pricey on the production side.
