If the devs don't want to make a mobile port because it needs to re-write a ton of code ,can i make a Mobile port ?

Why do poeple hate the concept of a mobile port much ?
it's not just that it is a rewrite of the game, it takes a lot more than that. You have to make textures work on aspect ratios that they were never designed for, and a lot of other stuff. Most developers just don't want the hassle.
