Hi SilentSmile, I am completely clueless about the second puzzle.
As I have counted, there are 7 cells in each row and 16 cells in each column of each “eye wall.” Each cell has 2 eyes. There are 4 walls, so that is 7 × 16 × 2 × 4 = 896 eyes on the walls in total.
In addition, there are 4 well-placed boxes in the room, with 2 eyes each, resulting in 8 additional eyes. That makes 904 eyes.
I tried the 9040 code, but it was incorrect. Then, I decided to account for the eye in the clue itself, but 9050 also didn’t work. And, at last, Bella has an eye too, right? So 9060, which is also incorrect...
Am I missing something? Or is your math wrong?
Don’t give me the answer itself, just say whether I’m missing something or not.
