honestly the only flaw with this game is that it's about these cute creatures but you spend most of your time not looking at them.

gameplay: these types of memory puzzle games are really rare, and it was a lot of fun to see some of these new ideas about how memory puzzles can be explored! i thought the difficulty was really well tuned in particular, which seems really hard to do as a developer, since you immediately lose the ability to play with fresh eyes.... (ears?)

art: really impressive how this game makes the most of the 64x64 restriction! the tiles and objects are pretty, distinct, and visually clear, and the overall impression of the low-low-res art style suits the story well.

story/characters/music: a gentle, contemplative, melancholy but hopeful piece about Creatures, which is exactly what we all need most days in the big 2026

I have a pretty good amount of experience with tuning puzzle difficulty (watching playtester footage helps a lot) so it wasn't terrible, but yeah it's absolutely harder to teach players things when they can't see and design fair puzzles when I already know the entire layout of the level. Thank you for playin' and for the kind words!!
