There's a Teleport to Base button on the right side of the screen, or just press B, and you're back at the house from any depth. That fixes the shop problem too.
Clearly not placed obvious enough if you got that deep without finding it. So that's my bad. I'll make it clearer early on. Thanks!
Update on this: the onboarding is rebuilt. Instead of a popup you skip, the keys now show up on screen when you actually need them and tick off as you press them. B shows up the moment your bag is full. Fixed and live. Thanks for your comment! :)
