Is it possible to get the teleport dash in the free version of the game? If yes, can someone help me find? Tell me the directions and instructions?

To get teleport dash, you need to go in stratum 3 lemuria lake check point, to go to lemuria lake you need to enter stratum 3, to enter stratum 3 you need to get resistance from lust gas. To get resistance you need to go to stratum 5, and to enter stratum 5 you need to talk and start a quest from RENNE, to talk with RENNE you need to get lightning power, to get the lightning power you need to talk with Belanche in stratum 4, and to go in stratum 4 you need to go in.....
I think I came to far... Go find the rest yourself ;)
