Interesting game, seems overwhelming at first but mostly clicks into place. Definitely nice animations, I would say the food seems like it needs balancing. Maybe I'm just not far enough but paying 12 and using 2minutes for less restoration (35) than just doing 2 min breaks (which are 1min and restore 25 each).
So I'd recommend maybe look over some balancing, personally I think you'd be better of tweaking your timers to be shorter but give less benefits. By this I mean like, 40seconds for basic practice and things should be closer to have that, and the most basic like 10sec. But to compensate just reduce the amount gained by the same multiplier so it equals out. This allows more engagement for players who like to play more active, well not shortening the game length in anyway. Also currently just feels bad to get caught changing halfway through, and this would alievate that quite a bit.
Sorry if that seems like a lot, but it's a very cool premise/game and I'd love to see more.
As a side note, in regards to what others say about complexity. I will say I did turn away and then only came back to this game a few days later and had it click. A good easy fix would be having a box popup center screen on new game with just a quick overview on what the main features and recomended first day are, I'd say 5-6 boxes would suffice for all the most important info and tips
You do have most of that at the bottom, but scrolling up and down is a bit of a pain and nobody could ever miss it like I did before.
