Cool little side game. I think "In-between" or Acey-Deucey would be a good game for players to use. It might be good to have each turn represent 30min. in game time? That way players not participating will only have to wait for a few hands or can have a side adventure of their own? My biggest wish is for usage of the back page. Perhaps a simple game and/or a set of cards (unique or not)? Overall, though, nice work.
