Hey! Really sorry about the bug. It's a server sync thing, and since I don't have player IDs, I can't manually grant Baelor to specific accounts.
In the next major update, Baelor will get his own banner so you can pull for him with Gems.
For the save/reload bug: I'm pushing a fix, but for now, make sure to save after doing anything important before refreshing
As for the download situation, I keep it web-only intentionally. The game relies on cloud saves, live events, and server-side features that wouldn't work offline. I know it's a bummer, but it's the trade-off for the online features.
