Unfortunately, no. In the previous seasons, some save-control variables are different from the ones used in Season 3, so the old saves can’t be used correctly.
At the moment, I haven’t found a solution for that issue. However, the choices from the previous seasons that can affect Season 3 are asked again at the beginning of each Season 3 chapter, and those choices are saved correctly.
