A nice concept, and a chill game. Great music and SFX.
I feel the tutorial could use a little polish, it ended abruptly before I felt I had a good handle on the game mechanics.
Gameplay wise, it is very easy to get a snowball of money that really makes completing the game quite trivial. I think objectives should be based on the board you currently have, meaning if you overextend early you end up having a harder time because you run out of space.
I liked the events system, but overall there was a clear good option and a clear bad option. I feel these should be a "Choose the best out of 2 bad options" would both help to reinforce the theme and be more realistic.
Overall though I really enjoyed this. Great job!
