I really liked this game! It really fits the theme. I suggest to add some kind of boost, like a "Super Caring Mode" the player enters in a state in which can grab and calm a lot of children! XD
Big Momma mode to carry all those babies. Reminds me of Jack Jack and the baby-sitter from the incredibles extra's
