WDYM? You can make your male parts bearer very feminine and even select that it be addressed as she. Do you need them to be a specific gender in text to feel identified?
OP probably meant they want a cross-dressing mechanic.
Like, clothes would be assigned a gender value, so characters identifying as a cisgender man can be recognized as feminine if he were to wear traditionally feminine clothes, but not otherwise.
If that's what they mean, then it's not likely to happen. The devs didn't gender clothes on purpose, so going back and adding gender to them is unlikely
