Did you place the "Hunatro" folder in the mods directory? It needs to be specifically the folder "Hunatro", it can't be nested in another folder. If you have something like "Hunatro_v1.1.2" that is incorrect, you need to take the Hunatro folder out of that folder.
You can try installing via the balatro mod manager as well, avoids manual installation issues
