Hello, no there was no animation intended for the kitchen. The thing is that you either decide to help or ignore her, when you ignore her you go on with your day but if you decide to help her you get the "unique" scene that follows after the dialogue. The image that you have seen was intended to be there, and so far there only is one animation in the game.
