woah, the reverse gravity really fits with a dreamlike theme.

feels like im delving into deeeeep sleep especially with how the background and obstacles transition the further you go down

these may be nitpicky but I wish it made things a little more clear to a new player:

  • since my eyes are focused on the character, I don't sense the urgency of when I only have a few seconds left on the countdown clock, which is on a different part of the screen. if it changed visually in some way as it got closer to zero, I'm sure I would feel time nearing 0 in my peripheral vision.
  • i was not sure how to regain jumps until a while after I started. I had initially assumed that the stars gave you jumps because for the first platforms, every star is on a platform. so I was getting real confused when the star in the air was not giving me jumps. once I figured it out, my experience became sooo much better!
  • buttons didn't read to me as "clickable". was trying to think about why. maybe it's because they do not have action words  e.g. [Add] Time, or [Start] Dream?

overall fun cool concept, I enjoyed trying to reach a little further than I did last time haha
