I don´t know how that works. I guess you have to copy paste your savefile from previous version, but can assure it. Either way, the 0.3 comes with an option to skip intro, so you´ll jump directly to the new content.
So, in summary, you're not sure; either way, if one takes the skip intro option, does one still get the additional affection points that can be earned in said first part of the game, or must one play through it to get those things?
