W.D gaster in S O T?!
It's a reference to an event that happened in the CoT discord. Someone turned the sliders for trans and non-binary folk down as low as they could, and then got upset when they found a whole 15 trans and 1 enby characters in the game.
It occasionally comes back up as a funny little meme, but it also made it into the game
