What does Base Harmonized Qi +2 from a late-game milestone do? I've earned it but I can't see any effect resulting.
Harmonized Qi seems to be what it calls the Qi you start a run with, so it probably raises the starting qi level.
I'd think so too, but it didn't work like that... but then the update fixed it, so I guess it was a bug :D
