How To Encounter Deconstructers?

Just use the Manipulator Panel, go to “Change Faction”, and look for the Deconstructionists :)

And How To Encounter Aexal Federation?

I found the Aexal after I deleted the companion…

How?

In the Manipulation Panel, set the strength to maximum, then go to ‘Restore Universe’ and defeat the companion.
