Thanks a lot for pointing this out, it was indeed a mistake on my part! The license is meant to be All Rights Reserved with custom terms. You are fully allowed to use and modify the model for commercial and personal projects, but you cannot redistribute or resell the raw source files. I've updated the page terms to make this clear.
