Can someone tell me where do I have to go to unlock these?

I'm playing the ALPHA 0.2.4.1 TEST version

the character is the conductor the guy asking for you for tickets inside the train literally getting caught once should unlock both animations and cg menu. you can break free after getting caught it will still unlock it as for the items i have 0 idea as i didnt played that update yet. where are the other items lol. maybe ask the discord

No. Just need to wait. Every time they release these "test" builds, they don't include all of the maps. Because they are just for testing new things and getting feedback. The next update will be a more complete version.

If you want a version with all the maps, download the version previous to this one. But be warned, some of the additional mechanics in this test build aren't in the last one.
