You can, in a way. If you have the toy in, you can either tell them the code in person or text it to them. Whether they use it or not is to their discretion though. Could use a bit of a tune up since you also have to text them a new code everyday currently

Thanks! Extremely stupid question, how do I set them up in the first place/how do I get the corresponding app? Is this locked behind the streamer path/certain skill requirements?

No app required. Just have the remote toy on/in you, find your Dom in your phone contacts, then send the link for them to control your toy. Since it'd be your Dom, you need 3 Disinhibition for the option to show up. There are no other requirements beyond that.
