Sorry this one is throwing me through a loop 🤣 please let me know if I'm understanding this correctly.

D3 equals rolling 1d6: 1–2=1, 3–4=2, 5–6=3

Then we roll 1d6 to determine the second #/tens

Total starting houses = result of D3 + result of 1d6 for tens

You're understanding the d3 right. the "d36" is only used for the encounters. You start with d3 houses, so 1,2, or 3 houses. It is a little confusing I know haha

Thank you! This is an awesome game in a small package, I love it. As for recruiting leaders once we recruit them they stay in our village and we benefit from them continuously? Or is it more like rotating/have to pay them again if wanting their leader ability to take effect for that given week?
