Hello! I noticed that this game appears to be using the background art from The Freak Circus game that was drawn originally by Neko Bueno, which he doesn't authorize at all. There's actually some information about making fangames on the FAQ page of the official blog!
I suggest replacing the background art as soon as you're able (and maybe label this more explicitly as a fangame, especially since it's for a specific and named person), because otherwise he may ask for this listing to be removed!
