Ok, I've exported the save, but admittedly I'm not sure how to share files here
Edit: Forgot to mention, refreshed, went back to the aforementioned milestone, but at least I can import the save to get back
I've just added a bug report button with my dedicated support email in the new version. Give it about 15–20 minutes to make sure the update is live, then send the exported save there and I'll load it up to see what's going on.
