using the debug view I tried to figure this out, but after every day it decays back to 0... obedience, love and trust reset over night and raise by only 0.01 per action and the actions lower each other, no matter what you do
Odd, that sounds like a glitch. Thats never happened to me, at least. It should be easy to raise their stats. I unfortunately dont have advice, other than using debug to force their stats higher and see if that works, if you haven't.
