Same, it happened to me too, Cain was the only character that showed for me, idk if it's becuz i was happening to do his route, but able and the others appeared later on but florian never did :(
I closed down the game and completly restarted it, i tihnk it was a problem with loading my pc is really slow so if whatever youer using is slow too that might be the case :)
