ok we have yuri (I THINIK i havent played it actually yet) now someone needs to be inspired to make a yaoi version
The word "friend" is used, but nothing more, so there doesn't appear to be any apparent same-sex romance.
the yandere is never refered to with gendered terms and is refred to as "they" in the description and in one of the other coments the creator mentions that the MC (jan) goes by any pronouns, so i don't think it's yuri
